Appointment scheduling went smooth enough
Day of 1st appointment: tech called after the agreed appointment hours and I asked for a reschedule
Day of 2nd appointment: no show up! I found out that the assistant who helped reschedule never registered the appointment
Day of 3rd appointment: no show up! No calls! Nothing
